We love our soil and grasslands just as much as we love our cows and the beef they produce. We pride ourselves on being responsible producers and adhere to better than best practice management of our land and livestock.

Natural

Natural because our preferred production model is for pasture raised beef.

Sustainable

Sustainable because as third and fourth generation farmers we want our land to be productive for future generations, we love our soil and grass just as much as we love our cows and the beef they produce.

Ethical

Ethical because our values of honesty, integrity and respect are important to who we are and what we produce. We use regenerative grazing practices to keep our land sustainable for future generations. Our interest in soil health has led us to be part of the Burdekin Soils and Pasture Project, Validating Cover Cropping Techniques in Mixed Farming Systems Project and the Grassroots Program.

Our ‘relationship’ with our land, our animals and our people are the foundation of our success.
